1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing this website or participating in any program described below, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://mytotalpediatriccare.
2. Use of This Website
This website provides general information about Total Pediatric Care, P.A. and its services. Content on this website is not medical advice and does not create a physician–patient relationship. For medical concerns, contact our office; in an emergency, call 911.
3. SMS / Text Message Program Terms
Total Pediatric Care, P.A. operates an internal SMS notification program used solely to send operational alerts to company-owned business mobile numbers monitored by authorized, on-duty Total Pediatric Care clinical staff. No patients, parents, customers, or members of the public receive messages from this program, and it is never used for marketing. Alert messages link to WeCare, Total Pediatric Care’s own secure staff platform at app.wecarehealth.app.
How participants opt in: An authorized staff member texts YES (or START) to (754) 333-6917 from a company-owned number after an authorized representative of the practice verifies the number is owned and controlled by Total Pediatric Care, P.A. An opt-in confirmation message is sent, and alerts are enabled only after that confirmation. Consent is never purchased, rented, or obtained from a third party.
– Message frequency varies and depends on operational events.
– Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier under your plan.
– Opt out: Reply STOP at any time (also CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or STOPALL). You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
– Help: Reply HELP or INFO at any time, or contact us at (954) 351-0202 or WeCare@MyTotalPediatricCare.
– Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving care.
– Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are used only to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
