Dr. Vivienne Clarke is a highly experienced pediatrician with a passion for helping families ensure the health and wellbeing of their children. She received her medical training at Howard University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, and completed her pediatric residency at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Upland, PA.

Charmaine Limpioso is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Total Pediatric Care team. She completed her Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Program at Duke University with a Concentration in Pediatric Behavioral and Mental Health, and has received numerous awards for her outstanding contributions to patient care.

Charmaine has extensive experience working with ill children in third world countries, including treating tropical diseases in locations such as Nicaragua and Honduras. Her experience in these challenging environments has given her a unique perspective on pediatric care and has prepared her to handle even the most complex cases with skill and compassion.
In addition to her work with critically ill children, Charmaine has a special focus on providing care to pediatric patients with chronic illnesses, developmental delays, tracheostomies, and gastrostomy tubes. Dr. Karl Yousef is a highly experienced Emergency Medicine physician with a passion for providing exceptional care to children in need. He completed his Emergency Medicine training at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida, where he received extensive training in pediatric general care, pediatric emergencies, and pediatric critical care.

Throughout his career, Dr. Yousef has consistently worked in community emergency settings treating extremely ill children, and he has developed a high level of expertise in caring for pediatric patients in a variety of emergency situations. He is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to every child he treats, and he takes pride in helping families navigate even the most challenging medical crises.
Dr. Yousef has also gained broad global health experience through his work in Guatemala, Mexico, and Ghana, where he has provided care to children of all ages. This experience has given him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities involved in providing healthcare to diverse populations, and it has strengthened his commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of children around the world.
Dr. Yousef completed his undergraduate degree at UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) and his Medical school training at University of Arizona, College of Medicine. He is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Arabic, which allows him to communicate effectively with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.
